- About the Fellowship:
- Regions Hospital Burn Center is a verified adult and pediatric Burn Center. We are also a Level I Adult and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. We have 18 beds within our Burn Center and care for all ages and types of burn patients. We admit 600 burn patients yearly from Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa. We offer a wide variety for fellows including operating room, clinic, telemedicine, laser procedures, and critical care. Fellow candidates do not need to be board eligible or certified, but preference would be given to those who are. Candidates must have successfully completed 3 years of ACGME accredited General Surgery residency. International Medical Graduates must have successfully passed the Foreign Medical License Exam.
